Who is ACLS for?

Healthcare professionals who direct or participate in the management of cardiac arrest and other cardiovascular emergencies.

What the course covers

Recognition and management of cardiopulmonary arrest, arrhythmias, acute coronary syndromes, and stroke, with an emphasis on team communication.

Your path to completion

  1. Confirm course availability, prerequisites, pricing, and skills-session arrangements with the STAT team.
  2. Complete the appropriate AHA HeartCode ACLS online course.
  3. Successfully complete the required hands-on skills component.
  4. Receive your AHA course completion eCard through the course provider after all requirements are met.

Online learning alone does not complete this certification. Check your employer’s specific requirements before registering.
